Account and sign-in support
Use this for activation, an unrecognised email, missing OTP messages or an incorrect FPL Team ID.
Membership and payments
Include the email used for payment and your Patreon or PayPal reference. Never email card or bank login details.
Gold meetings
Booking requests should normally be made inside the member hub. Contact us if a confirmed slot needs attention.
Response time
We aim to activate confirmed new accounts within 12 hours. Other messages are answered as soon as reasonably possible, with gameweek deadline periods sometimes taking longer.
