Terms of Service

FPL Vimosta provides independent Fantasy Premier League commentary, planning tools, community access and tier-dependent subscriber services. Features may include Weekly Previews, Early Team Reveals, custom previews, transfer discussion and one-on-one meetings.

Our content is opinion and general entertainment information, not a promise of FPL points, rank improvement, winnings or any particular result. Football news, player availability and deadlines can change at short notice.

FPL Vimosta is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, any football club or player. Third-party names belong to their respective owners.

Payments are completed through Patreon, PayPal or another agreed payment method. Those providers process payment details under their own terms and policies. FPL Vimosta does not store full card or bank details.

Account activation is manual. We aim to activate the email provided for a confirmed payment within 12 hours. You must use the approved email to request a one-time sign-in code. Access and benefits are based on the tier confirmed by the Vimosta team.

Patreon renewals, tier changes and cancellations are managed through Patreon. Direct PayPal or manual arrangements are managed by contacting FPL Vimosta. Because access is reviewed manually, an account or tier change may take up to 24 hours to appear.

When a paid membership ends, access to paid content may be suspended or removed. Refund requests are considered according to the payment provider's rules, applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the request. Contact us promptly if a payment or tier is incorrect.

Member access is personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred. You are responsible for protecting the email account that receives your sign-in codes. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide an FPL Team ID that you are entitled to use for personalised services. Connecting an ID links publicly available manager information to your Vimosta profile and never gives Vimosta access to your FPL login or password.

We aim to publish the Weekly Preview and Early Team Reveal around one hour before the gameweek deadline, but exact timing and availability may vary because of late team news, technical problems or events outside our control. One-on-one meetings depend on available slots and administrator confirmation.

We may correct, update, hide or withdraw content when needed. We may also change features reasonably over time, while aiming to preserve the core value of each active tier.

Do not attempt to bypass tier restrictions, access another subscriber's information, automate abusive requests, interfere with the platform, copy paid content for redistribution or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect members or the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, FPL Vimosta is not responsible for FPL decisions, rank changes, missed deadlines, third-party outages or indirect losses resulting from reliance on commentary or predictions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Our Privacy Policy explains how account information is handled. We may update these terms when the service changes, with the current version published here.
